To Promote Legal Activities and support society, JBLC INDIA is inviting applications from interested candidates. Candidates may choose any District / Tehsil / Block of their Choice in application, and JBLC INDIA always give priority to Home District / Nearby Districts appointment, but in case if for one location more than one candidate are eligible or if required Trust may appoint candidates in other districts / locations also, refusal of job offer on ground of location or interview date, will not be considered and candidates will be responsible for same.
All Jobs are transferable by nature and if required, employees may be transferred from one location to another location. Candidates will be appointed on a salaried basis and will be paid their salaries for discharging their duties properly. Candidates will be appointed in various locations and they have to form groups and promote activities among group members. If any candidate is found involved in any kind of financial obligation, the JBLC INDIA has full rights to terminate the services and appropriate legal action will be taken against the candidate.
To support Divyanga / Persons with disabilities (PWD) in their survival, JBLC INDIA reserves up to 04% seats for PWD. Selection of PWD Candidates depends on Percentage (%) & nature of Disability and JBLC INDIA reserves the rights to select / reject candidates considering the nature of job and health conditions.

Those Candidates who have applied for more than one post, will not get separate slot for each post. They will get a single slot of interview, and screening will be done accordingly.
Nature of Job & Salary Structure:
Job Openings of JBLC INDIA are Performance based job. All Above said / published positions are required for their posting areas, the actual JD will be discussed and given during the training session for including establishing “Centers of JBLC INDIA”, and the salary structure is combination of Fixed and Variable salary. If candidates achieve minimum 60% of the given target, they will get full salary, but in case if the achieved target is between 0–59%, salary will be considered for target done only, and salary will be reciprocal to target achieved only.
Before starting the job, selected candidates have to submit a Security Deposit as Demand Draft of Rs 7500.00 (Fully refundable security amount, which will be refunded after successfully completing probation period of 11 months) and attend the training session organized by JBLC INDIA. After successful completion of training session, candidates have to submit the list of selected area where they will be working, and after submission of data, candidates will receive Promotional Kit, (Canopy, Standy, stationary materials etc, if needed) and I’d Card from office. JBLC INDIA offers a Onetime Joining bonus to the candidates who successfully completes 11 Months in the JBLC INDIA. We conduct “Performance Review Appraisal” once after every 08 Month, and we give fair chance to all team members for their future growth and based on their best performance of consecutive 08 month (100% target achieved), we offer them promotion to next level.
Before that no allowances / salaries will be considered & calculated. The rest of all rules and guidelines related to perks, benefits and leaves are the same as other employment profiles. Vacancies are provisional and may increase or decrease, depending on the actual requirement and appointments will be made strictly on a needless basis.
According to the most recent policy w.e.f. 01st May 2020, if you were fired, laid off, walked off on the job, Your eligible for re-hire after period of one year from you last employment separation. Candidates need to wait until one year after your last separation of employment or six months after the last application (in case not selected) and try again. Those who have applied in the last 180 days, and didn’t qualify for the interview, need not submit the application form again. Candidates need to wait six months after your last application. If someone applies and the application gets rejected, no refund will be initiated / allowed in any circumstances.
In case of in-active employees / nonperformer employees, considering zero performance in last 30 days, trust may terminate the employment immediately. All mentioned positions are ‘Permanent’ by nature & purely performance-based jobs. In case of nonperformance by employees, Trust may terminate their services after reviewing poor performance. In case of termination of service / reliving from Job, management will clear the Full n Final Settlement of Due Salary / Amount (if any) within 60 working Days from last working date. For any violation of code of conduct / disciplinary issue, JBLC INDIA reserves all rights to terminate the services of employee with immediate effect and as per Indian law, further legal actions also will be taken.
